Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow congratulates law clerk Will Neinast on his recent success with the University of South Carolina School of Law Mock Trial team.
Neinast collaborated with three other third-year students in The 2018 Mockingbird Challenge to take top prize in what is considered one of the toughest fall law school mock trial competitions in the nation. The team withstood 6 trial rounds and teams from Florida State University, University of Denver, South Texas College and University of Georgia before beating Charleston School of Law in the final round on Sept. 30.
The Mockingbird Challenge is an invitation-only mock trial competition consisting of 24 participating schools, 14 of which are ranked in Fordham University School of Law’s Top 20 Trial Competition Performance Rankings. Click here to learn more about South Carolina School of Law’s Mock Trial team.
