Defense verdict

SWB attorneys Ryan Holt and Mary Cothonneau Eldridge secured a defense verdict for a retailer, bringing to conclusion a 6-year-old case arising from an incident that occurred almost a decade ago. The plaintiff complained about a series of dermatological and other health issues arising from exposure to liquid gasoline and fumes. The jury returned its unanimous verdict after several days of witness and deposition testimony.
