Prior to joining the firm, Christy was a Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of South Carolina. In law school, Christy was External Editor and Articles Editor for the Law Review.

Christy grew up in Cheraw, South Carolina. She is involved in children's and nursing home ministries.  She also volunteers with a nonprofit organization that assists the elderly, underprivileged children, and the physically and mentally disabled.  Christy enjoys running, playing tennis, and painting.
