Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow, P.A. member Martin Driggers spoke last week at the Spring 2019 USLAW Network Client Conference in Nashville, TN.
“Insurance Coverage in the #METOO Age” discussed the ways in which various types of insurance policies pertain to the recent shift in how employers regard sexual harassment allegations. Driggers presented with a panel consisting of attorneys and liability professionals from around the country.
