Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow, P.A. attorneys Mark Gende and Ryan Patane co-authored an article which was published in the Spring 2018 edition of Professional Liability Defense Quarterly (PLDQ).
“Eliminating Arbitration Loopholes in LTC Agreements” discusses the tendency of courts around the country to invalidate long term care arbitration agreements that are not properly executed. The article examines four loopholes that courts commonly use to circumvent arbitration agreements and ways to mitigate or eliminate these loopholes.
