Gende and Neinast published by Professional Liability Defense Federation™

Updated: Dec 5, 2018

Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow’s Mark Gende and Will Neinast co-authored an article which was published in the Summer 2018 edition of Professional Liability Defense Quarterly (PLDQ).

PLDQ is a quarterly publication of the Professional Liability Defense Federation™, an association for attorneys, insurance claims professionals and risk managers who are involved in the defense of malpractice, errors and omissions and other professional liability claims.
