Doolittle’s practice will include transportation litigation, construction defect litigation, and retail and hospitality. Prior to joining SWB, Doolittle worked in the logistics and transportation industry for a large general contractor that oversaw the construction of industrial and manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. Doolittle graduated cum laude from the William & Mary Law School in 2019 and magna cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Neinast’s practice will focus primarily on general civil litigation defense, including medical malpractice, products liability, and transportation litigation. He joins the firm following clerkships with the United States Attorney’s Office in Columbia and the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Division of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. Neinast graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019, where he served as Associate Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review and won several national competitions for trial advocacy and clinical trial practice as a competitor with the Mock Trial Bar. Prior to law school, Neinast graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with double majors in Political Science and History.
