Mark practices civil litigation defense primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living facilities, insurance coverage, and complex litigation ranging from personal injury to products liability matters.  He also litigates construction, trucking, retail, and other professional liability cases and has litigated in all South Carolina state courts, the Federal District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark is a certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Mark is a magna cum laude graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law and is admitted to practice in South Carolina and Michigan.  Prior to his legal career, Mark served for many years in various church ministry positions and is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary.
